ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (TIER 1)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
- Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
- Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
- Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
- Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
IN-PERSON EXPECTATION
This is a remote position, but success in this role requires being active in your territory:
- Meeting clients
- Visiting sites
- Attending tradeshows and industry events
- Traveling throughout your territory
- Engaging in revenue-producing activity

WHO YOU ARE
You don't need UPS experience to succeed - but you do need to be:
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Organized and disciplined
- Comfortable in industrial environments
- Strong at communication and relationship building
- Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry
- Curious about technical systems, including electrical, mechanical, batteries, and generators
Bonus experience:
- Industrial or technical sales
- Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
- Field service background in UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, or electrical
- Selling PM contracts or technical services
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive role.
COMPENSATION
- OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
