Job Summary:
The Account Executive is to cultivate and sustain key stakeholder relationships to support ongoing retention and expansion goals, while acting as an intermediary between external partners and internal functional teams.

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and guide team members on portfolio oversight
• Support delivery of products to drive satisfaction and growth
• Monitor performance metrics, identifying trends and variances
• Provide issue resolution support
