Our rapidly expanding Medicare-certified home health agency, with multiple offices across Central Florida, is seeking top-tier Account Executives to represent our brand and build strong referral partnerships throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners
• Drive patient referrals and grow market share within your assigned territory
• Educate referral sources on our services and patient care excellence
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
• Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or related field
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines is a plus
• Local market knowledge in one or more of the listed counties
