What You’ll Do:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners
- Drive patient referrals and grow market share within your assigned territory
- Educate referral sources on our services and patient care excellence
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed growth targets
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or related field
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines is a plus
- Local market knowledge in one or more of the listed counties
