Account Manager [84586]

Our client, a digital advertising business, is seeking an Account Manager for a contract, on-site opportunity in Hoboken, NJ. This role develops and executes omnichannel campaigns, manages setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting, and turns marketing goals into actionable media strategies.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute managed-service and self-service media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to create strategic, data-driven media proposals.
• Lead client and agency discussions on media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics, provide optimization recommendations, and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate campaign execution across ad technology platforms while following quality assurance processes.

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
• Deep understanding of digital media metrics, including CPM, ROAS, CPC, and CTR, as well as media math for optimization.
• Proven client-facing experience with proactive risk identification, solution development, and strong presentation skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
