Salary Range: $70000 - $75000/ annum + Bonus + Benefits (Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Service Sales professional with strong customer service, sales, and field operations experience.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HVAC or service-related sales experience, along with strong HVAC service knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- This role will be responsible for customer development, estimating, proposals, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and warranty administration.
- The position will also oversee field crews while ensuring quality, safety, performance, and timely completion of work.
- The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have at least three years of experience as account manager in HVAC Industry
- Ensure quality and performance across HVAC service operations, sales, and customer presentations.
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
