Job Description: Our client is establishing a dedicated commercial trucking service team and is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage daily service operations, renewals, and client relationships for an assigned portfolio of motor carrier accounts. This position requires precision, responsiveness, and strong communication skills within a rapidly expanding organization. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trucking and motor carrier clients, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. Oversee onboarding, day‑to‑day service requests, and renewal processes to maintain accuracy and continuity of coverage. Review policies, endorsements, schedules, and invoices to verify completeness and alignment with client needs. Coordinate driver, vehicle, and equipment changes with carriers and maintain up‑to‑date records. Address coverage inquiries, billing matters, audits, certificates, and documentation requests with a high degree of accuracy. Request, track, and organize loss runs, claims updates, MVRs, and underwriting materials to support renewal and placement activities. Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation within Applied Epic. Support audit processes and identify potential coverage gaps or cross‑sell opportunities that enhance client protection and retention. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance account management experience. Active Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one promptly. Strong technical knowledge of commercial auto, general liability, workers’ compensation, property, and umbrella lines of coverage. Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume workloads with accuracy, organization, and consistent follow‑through. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience servicing trucking or transportation accounts. Proficiency with Applied Epic.
