Position Overview
Lux Digital Marketing LLC is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships, onboarding coordination, account retention, and ongoing communication.
This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining strong long-term relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to proactively manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations
- Lead and participate in monthly reporting calls with clients
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain consistent communication to strengthen client trust and retention
Client Onboarding & Coordination
- Ensure all new clients complete the onboarding process successfully
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time
- Track onboarding progress and follow up with team members as needed
- Ensure clients receive a smooth and professional onboarding experience
- Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
- Upsell and update current client services where appropriate
- Support recurring revenue growth through retention and account expansion
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities when applicable
Performance Expectations

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of account management experience in the digital marketing industry
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills required
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience managing client retention and account growth
- Experience coordinating projects and cross-functional teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable leading client meetings and reporting calls
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Compensation
- Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities may be available based on client retention, account growth, and overall performance
Work Schedule & Location
- Full-Time Position
- 100% Remote (Overseas)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 10:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST
- Candidates must be consistently available during standard EST business hours

Employment Status
