What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs to deliver long‑term value.
  • Partner with customers to identify solutions, recommending equipment, parts, and services that help them operate more efficiently and successfully.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including service, parts, and operations, to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through delivery and ongoing support.
