In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day staffing needs. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, strengthen partnerships, and drive additional revenue through proactive client engagement.

Qualifications
- Staffing industry experience required; healthcare or locum tenens experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, account management, and building a book of business
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Experience using CRM systems or applicant tracking systems
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Must reside in an approved U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve revenue and KPI targets, including growth of existing accounts and new business development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing job orders and coordinating placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships within client organizations
- Provide market insight and support rate and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular client meetings to review activity and uncover new needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including recruiting, operations, and accounting
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
