Account Manager - Field (2170)

Rite Rug has been a lead flooring distributor for over 90 years! We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team!

Job Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Drive all flooring category sales for Property Management apartment unit turns and capital projects.
• Coordinate major account growth opportunities by collaborating with sales leadership and support team members.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans for sustained long-term growth.
• Manage and own requests for information, requests for proposals, and other account requests by ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
• Promote and sell all RiteRug flooring products and services.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years' relevant experience in B2B sales OR equivalent combination of education and experience related to strategic account sales and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
