About the group:- The Revenue Operations Account Management team is a dynamic group responsible for managing the demand planning and fulfillment processes for assigned accounts.
- We are a focal point of contact, bridging client customers and internal business teams.
- We engage customer requests, such as shipment status and supply availability, and regularly funnel communication to appropriate business groups for solutions.
About the role:- The Revenue Operations Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational and financial success for the client. Activities include:
- Streamlining supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
- Forecasting demand accurately to ensure timely product delivery
- Synchronizing production schedules with market demand to avoid shortages or surpluses
- The right candidate will participate in managing accounts and creating reports or a combination of tasks to cover an extended leave of absence.
You will:- Act as the focal point in communication and execution of sales order fulfillment to meet clients' overall financial goals.
- Focus on supporting client revenue goals while managing customer demand signals and minimizing inventory liability.
- Create reports to support the analyses of supply plans and inventory levels against customer demand and purchase orders.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supply plans support direct or indirect customer needs and channel sales while maintaining appropriate channel inventory levels.
- Partner with logistics teams to determine and execute optimal supply chain for all product shipments, incorporating both cost and customer service metrics.
Required Skills- Prior experience with a high-tech, consumer goods, and/or manufacturing company in a supply/demand setting.
- Proven ability to self-manage schedules and time, plan tactically, and think strategically.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated in a similar or related role.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, SUMIF formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
- Technical knowledge of and/or exposure to CRM tools.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
You may also have:- Previous operations and/or inside sales support experience.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in account management, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Prior forecasting experience.
Must haves include:- Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, SUMIF formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
- Prior experience with a high-tech, consumer goods, and/or manufacturing company in a supply/demand setting.
