Account Manager

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 base + commission

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

• Develop and grow relationships with prospects and client accounts
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and proactive outreach
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and company leadership
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial conversation to signed agreement
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer data

Qualifications for the Account Manager:

• 3-5+ years of experience in technology, software, digital products, consulting, project management, or related fields
• Understanding of how software, applications, websites, or digital products are developed and delivered
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and digital research tools to identify opportunities and build relationships
• Based in the Grand Rapids or West Michigan area with the ability to attend client and community events
