A Day in the Life of an EandM Account Manager
As a salesperson at EandM, you will craft solutions based on partnerships with your customers, meeting their technical and business requirements for each project. It's satisfying work — different and demanding every day.

What We Expect from Our Account Managers
You’ll work mostly from a home office or from the road, with occasional visits needed to EandM’s offices in Seattle or Portland. This position is expected to cover the entire Eastern Washington territory, including Spokane, Yakima, and Tri-Cities.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a base-plus-commission position with a competitive base salary. On-plan total compensation is $85,000–$120,000. Your earning potential grows with your results.
Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and four weeks PTO.
