Account Manager

• Own day-to-day account work for a group of accounts with simple to moderately complex needs.
• Help keep renewals moving, support Producers and Account Executives when they’re not available, and coordinate the right resources to meet client risk management needs.
• Help protect existing business, look for ways to add more coverage or services, and keep client relationships strong through consistent follow-through.
• Support renewals and help deliver the right solution on time.
• Manage client accounts and keep work moving.
• Build trust with client contacts and internal partners.
• Identify chances to add services or lines of coverage.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
  
  

Preferred:

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
