Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage client relationships and ensure compliance with Texas-specific procurement and contract requirements. This role requires on-site presence at HHA offices in Houston, TX, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Flexibility is essential, as urgent staffing requests may occasionally require evening or early morning communication.

Requirements

• Professional work experience within the State of Texas
• Experience in IT-related or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency with enterprise IT systems, databases, and software platforms
• Ability to maintain multiple complex databases and reporting requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
• US Citizen Only

Preferences

• Previous employment or contract work with Houston Housing Authority
• Experience in public housing operations or HUD-funded programs
• Experience in a public sector environment in Texas
• Prior human resources or staffing company experience
• Background in housing, community development, or social services
• Project management certification or experience
