Purpose of Job: Recruit the right people for the right job. Coordinate temporary employees' through the interview, orientation process and issues throughout employment. Achieve customer satisfaction pertaining by visiting customer locations and interacting face to face with the customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points;
  • Drives client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction;
  • Adheres to established processes and SOPs;
  • Ability to make independent decisions concerning the best interest of our customer's needs, and to act decisively when necessary to ensure customers' needs are not compromised;
  • Collaborates with other team members to formulate initiatives to best satisfy customer's needs;
  • Available by phone to customer; as needed;
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends;
  • Investigates/reviews routine occurrences and complaints and prepares reports for administrative personnel;
  • Prepare and distribute customer reports;
  • Backfill order shortage;
  • Conduct job fairs and field recruitment;
  • Prior to placement enter all information for recruitment and placement into Tempworks;
  • Conduct background checks and drug screens per customer requirements;
  • Recruit potential temporary staff daily;
  • Assist Call Center with other accounts;
  • Work cohesively with team;
  • Follow human resource policies as it pertains to employment processes;
  • Maintain all applicable report, paperwork and files;
  • Serve as primary contact person for temporary staff;
  • Monitor operations to ensure that temporary staff members comply with administrative policies, procedures and government regulations;
  • Perform at all times in a professional manner and handle conflict with good judgment;
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities;
  • Follow Company chain of command;
  • Perform other duties as instructed or assigned.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all policies, practices and procedures;
  • Participate in pro-active team efforts to achieve MS-IL Staffing goals;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
  • Ability to write routine reports;
  • Ability to speak effectively to clients, management, coworkers and employees;
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure;
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form;
  • Advanced personal computer skills are necessary, to include electronic mail, and word processing;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
