At Wisenbaker, those skills aren’t just helpful, they’re essential.As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our builder partners and our internal teams. From managing relationships and tracking performance to ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution, you’ll help make sure our customers are supported, satisfied, and set up for success.

Your Mission:Own the customer relationship. You’ll act as the key liaison between builders and Wisenbaker’s operations teams, delivering solutions, solving problems, and making sure we stay aligned with the goals and expectations of our partners.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned builder accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
• Act as the product and program expert in builder design centers and showrooms
• Support the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the Sales team
• Forecast, track, and report key account metrics and product usage
• Monitor sample inventory and presentation quality in builder spaces
• Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal and field operations
• Help resolve and prevent issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with implementing and updating product offering programs
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned customers
• Look for growth opportunities within existing customer accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• Familiarity with Wisenbaker’s product and service offerings preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
