What You'll Do

Manage & Grow Key Accounts

  • Own day-to-day relationships with regional and national retail accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact, including regular communication, store visits, and trade show participation
  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and performance reviews
  • Align account strategies with company growth goals

Drive Programs & Execution

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans
  • Support promotions, pricing strategies, and new product launches
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Take programs from planning stage through successful rollout

Analyze & Improve Performance

  • Review sales trends, pricing, promotions, and distribution data
  • Prepare forecasts, business reviews, and performance recaps
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend improvements

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with field sales to strengthen in-store execution
  • Clearly communicate customer priorities internally
  • Support onboarding of new customers, products, and programs

Ensure Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Support responsible retailing standards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–7 years of account management experience in distribution, CPG, or retail
  • Experience with regional or national chain accounts preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Experience in a distribution or wholesale environment preferred
  • Familiarity with convenience, grocery, drug, or mass retail channels
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and integrity
