Job Responsibilities

As our representative, you will:

• Support client meetings and maintain strong relationships with agency representatives
• Coordinate with Abacus's recruiting and operations teams
• Assist with local recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day contract activities
• Ensure responsive and effective service delivery
• Represent Abacus professionally during onsite meetings and throughout the contract period

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and account management
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Work authorization: US Citizen Only

Preferences

• Prior experience working with the City of Chicago, preferably with the Board of Election Commissioners
