Job Description: Position Summary: A leading provider of tent rentals and temporary event structures is seeking an Account Manager to join its team. The individual in this role will manage client relationships and drive sales of tent and temporary structure solutions across industries including events, construction, emergency response, and hospitality. This role focuses on developing new business, growing existing accounts, recommending tailored solutions, and coordinating projects from quote through installation. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned markets. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate tent and temporary structure solutions. Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with project management, logistics, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Visit client sites to oversee implementations, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships. Monitor market trends and competitors while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations. Experience in tent rentals, temporary structures, or related event services. Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
