Pay Range: $70000 /annum + Bonus. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all functions needed to maintain a customer account, including sales, correspondence, customer relations, project supervision, scheduling, drawing review, and estimation.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in commercial, healthcare, data center, and higher education markets.
- Present plumbing products and service solutions emphasizing efficiency and innovation.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate to develop customized solutions.
- Post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Key Skills; Must have at least 2-3 years of Sales experience in Plumbing
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs
- Experience in consultative or B2B sales.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of sales experience in plumbing or mechanical contracting.
- 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales software.
- Technical understanding of commercial plumbing systems and related products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
