Nadia Care is working to drastically change the experience of affected communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms.

Nadia Care's mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.

We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor's relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors' offices.

The Role:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead Nadia Care's partnership and referral efforts in Indiana, with a starting focus in and around Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships from the ground up across large healthcare systems, provider networks, and community outreach organizations. You'll own and manage a regional territory from initial outreach to sustained engagement; driving outcomes such as referrals and account growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes initiative, thrives at early-stage companies, and is passionate about improving maternal health.

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Member Enrollment.

Travel Requirement:

This role requires 50% travel. We require this role to be in the field at least 2-3 days/week and staff evening and weekend community events in Indiana as needed.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Territory Management and Execution

• Lead high-impact territory initiatives that build and strengthen provider relationships and continuously expand the patient lead pipeline.
• Drive long-term provider partner success by establishing strong relationships with provider executives, using compelling virtual and in-person presentations to demonstrate program outcomes and strategic value.
• Track and report on partner performance and internal KPIs, including referrals, engagement metrics, and satisfaction.
• Document and maintain a comprehensive CRM record of provider network and community partner contacts, engagement activities, meeting outcomes, and performance trends to inform internal reporting and strategic planning.
• Initiate, build, and manage strategic relationships with large health systems, including OBGYN practices, hospitals, FQHCs, and community outreach organizations.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations by mapping stakeholders, identifying decision-makers, and tailoring outreach to ensure high-value connections.
• Conduct community outreach efforts, including attending community events, hosting informational sessions, and engaging with potential members and community partners

Outcomes and Impact Measurement

• Define, track, and communicate success metrics such as referral growth, client satisfaction, and community impact.
• Drive retention and organic account growth through thoughtful engagement and performance optimization.
• Leverage community partnerships to broaden Nadia's impact and build a reputation as a trusted, mission-aligned resource.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Phone Outreach, Care Delivery, Product, and Technology) to share insights and identify areas for innovation or process improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional planning and strategy sessions to inform market expansion and service delivery models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or formal training in public health, business, or related fields is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in provider engagement/relations, strategic partnerships, healthcare business development, or related fields.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record for community outreach activities.
• Deep knowledge of the Indiana healthcare landscape and existing relationships within local systems preferred.
• Proven experience engaging with health systems, navigating complex organizational structures, and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms, and Google Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with executional excellence and attention to detail.
• Exceptional relationship-building, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
• Confident communicator and problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes.

Compensation range for this position is between $75K-$85K. The exact amount will depend on direct, relevant experience.
