We're looking for an Account Manager / Customer Experience Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
This role combines customer experience, account management, and business development support to ensure our customers receive the responsiveness and reliability that Crossroads Courier is known for.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Build strong relationships and drive customer retention
- Manage customer inquiries and service issues through resolution
- Partner with operations to ensure successful delivery execution
- Conduct regular customer touchpoints and account reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Escalate and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor service performance and communicate proactively
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in account management, inside sales, customer success, or logistics customer service
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers, executives, and operational leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High sense of urgency and ownership
- Technology proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Logistics, transportation, courier, healthcare, or supply chain experience preferred
