Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist with logistics reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
