About the role:
Maxio is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team.
Ideal candidates are exceptional communicators with a proven track record in SaaS account management, post-sale relationship building, and navigating complex customer organizations, especially within finance teams or the Office of the CFO.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Services, and Solution Engineering teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and identify new revenue opportunities through upsells and renewals.
