The Opportunity We're looking for an Account Manager who takes ownership, communicates proactively, understands technology, stays organized, and genuinely cares about helping clients succeed. You'll own client relationships and work closely with our technical teams to keep clients informed, supported, and moving forward. This is not a hands-on engineering role, but understanding technology is a must. You should be comfortable with IT concepts such as Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, infrastructure, and business applications. You don't need to know everything. You do need to want to understand it. What You'll Do Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Understand each client's business, technology, and priorities Proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps Identify concerns before they become escalations Coordinate with technical teams and keep work moving Follow up on issues, projects, recommendations, and commitments Support technology planning, budgeting, and business reviews Explain technical recommendations in clear business terms Maintain accurate client documentation Help clients align technology decisions with business goals You may be a great fit if you: Take ownership and follow through without reminders Communicate clearly and proactively Stay organized when priorities change Are naturally curious about technology Build trust with clients and coworkers Notice details and problems others may miss Are comfortable asking questions and learning Focus on solutions rather than blame Genuinely enjoy helping people succeed Experience is helpful.
