ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team as an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping grow our customer base with value-based sales conversations. You will market State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person.

TOTAL PAY: $50,00 to $60,000+

• Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and utilize need-based sales techniques to find the best product to help our customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

• Do I have to get licensed? We hire qualified candidates unlicensed.  All training materials and exam fees are covered and no cost to you.  You'll be provided guidance and time in-office to study.  
• I’ve never sold insurance. That’s perfectly ok!   On the job sales and product training are provided.
