This is a career path with base pay + uncapped commission + paid professional licensing.


What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients and local business owners we serve in our community
• Review coverage and identify protection gaps
• Cross-sell and up-sell based on client needs
• Develop consultative sales skills
• Grow and manage your own book of business

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Year 1 realistic range: $45,000–$60,000
• Year 2+: $60,000–$80,000+ (performance-based)
