What You’ll Do

• Connect with people who have expressed interest in insurance and help them explore their options.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide a great customer experience.

• No previous insurance experience required.
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license. We’ll provide guidance and support as you work through the licensing process.
