John Costa State Farm is seeking an experienced Account Manager who can step into a remote sales role and contribute quickly.


This opportunity is designed for someone who already understands the State Farm agency environment, is fully licensed, and is comfortable balancing new business production with relationship-based sales. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by measurable production.


Spanish or Portuguese fluency is preferred, but not required.


Your Impact
This role centers on growing the agency through consistent sales activity and strong customer relationships.


You will be responsible for:

• Working new and existing leads through the sales process
• Conducting policy reviews and identifying coverage gaps
• Quoting and presenting auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Cross-selling additional products within the existing book of business
• Making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects
• Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
• Building relationships that generate referrals and future opportunities
• Managing your pipeline and maintaining organized follow-up
• Tracking activity and production toward agency goals
  
  

What You Need to Bring
Because this is a remote role, we are looking for someone who can work independently and already understands the expectations of a State Farm agency.


Required:

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
• Prior insurance sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Active Life insurance license
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with outbound activity, prospecting, and consistent follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities independently
• Strong accountability and attention to production goals
