ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Kathleen Van Wieringen, your primary responsibility is  new business acquisition and to grow our customer base. You play a critical role in expanding the agency by identifying and following up on leads, building new relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a Sales role that requires a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others. You will work with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored insurance solutions and excellent service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively establish and grow customer relationships by reaching out to prospects and following up with leads
• Drive new business by identifying current customer needs and recommending appropriate products
• Convert service interactions into sales opportunities by educating customers on additional products and services
• Promote long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up, trust-building, and solution-oriented communication
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual production goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
• Proven sales ability (or transferrable skills) and high motivation to meet or exceed goals
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to market products and services based on customer needs
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
