ROLE DESCRIPTION: Are you a driven, licensed sales professional ready to grow your career and your income? As our Account Manager, you'll be at the center of our agency's growth - building relationships, closing sales, and helping customers protect what matters most. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive new business by proactively reaching out to prospects and converting leads into loyal customers
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for auto, home, life, and health products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that generate referrals and long-term retention
Guide customers through policy selection and updates, ensuring the right coverage for their needs
Cross-sell and round out accounts to maximize value for every customer
Partner with the team to share strategies that grow the agency and improve customer retention
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year of licensed insurance sales experience required
Active Property & Casualty license required
Active Life & Health license required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a positive, growth-minded attitude
Remote work option available for the right candidate
