ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a Licensed experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of an Account Service Manager. We seek an experienced, energetic professional interested in helping our business retention through value-based conversations and servicing existing policy holders. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Service existing policyholders' renewals and policy transactions. 
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Problem solving ability: apply and balance conceptual and analytical thinking by breaking down complex problems, evaluating alternative sources of action and their likely outcomes, and selecting the best alternative 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Property & Casualty license must currently have or willingness to obtain. 
  • Life and Health license must have currently or willingness to obtain
  • Customer Service Experience in insurance sales/service preferred or account management preferred.
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
