ROLE DESCRIPTION: In office -As Account Manager for Franklin State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell insurance products and maintain customer relationships for growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, and services
Must be CA licensed and in good standing. Yes hot leads offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations and meet your goals.
Your pay is based on your performance.
