ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of nine. My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I’m a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. I founded Impact 249, a nonprofit focused on serving our local community, and our team stays involved throughout the year. From Mother’s Day and Father’s Day events to our Back-to-School Bash, Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving pie giveaways, and Photos with Santa, we love creating opportunities to connect with and give back to the families around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an
Account Manager for Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
