Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our experienced team. This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying their needs, and recommending insurance solutions that help protect their families, property, businesses, and financial futures.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Build strong relationships by asking thoughtful questions and learning about each customer’s needs.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Provide quotes and explain available auto, home, renters, life, business, and supplemental insurance options.
- Recommend appropriate products while following ethical sales practices and agency guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to help customers bundle policies and address potential coverage gaps.
- Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and recommend updates when their needs change.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Meet individual and agency sales goals.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
- Work closely with other team members to provide a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training, marketing initiatives, and community events.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.
- Able to overcome objections and confidently explain the value of insurance products.
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Committed to providing honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the Tucson community and local networking opportunities is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain the applicable Arizona insurance licenses.
