Recruit22 is looking for an Account Manager – Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role for a recruiter who loves owning accounts, building trusted client relationships, and delivering high-quality technology talent from intake to offer. If you thrive at the intersection of client strategy and hands-on recruiting, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Client & Account Ownership

  • Serve as the primary partner for assigned client accounts
  • Lead intake calls and advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives
  • Manage communication, expectations, and hiring priorities across multiple searches
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships

Full-Cycle Technology Recruiting

  • Own searches end-to-end: intake sourcing interviews offers close
  • Recruit across a range of technology roles, including:
    • Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
    • Data, Analytics & AI
    • Cloud, DevOps & Security
    • Technology & Product Leadership
  • Source and engage top-tier technical talent
  • Deliver strong candidate pipelines and a standout candidate experience
  • Manage offers and close candidates successfully

Talent Market Expertise

  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and talent trends
  • Provide insight into competitive markets and evolving skill demands
  • Partner closely with Recruit22 leadership to continuously improve outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in technology recruiting (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing client relationships or accounts
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-closing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple searches and stakeholders
  • Confident communicator with a consultative mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting senior-level or hard-to-find tech talent
  • Exposure to executive or retained search environments
  • Experience working with startups, enterprise tech teams, or PE-backed companies
