The Account Manager for Government Recruitment Services is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with government clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions, and driving contract performance within the public sector. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment operations, client engagement, workforce compliance, and performance management while ensuring adherence to government regulations, labor laws, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment and staffing strategies aligned with agency objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and placement tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining required service levels, fill rates, and workforce continuity.
• Monitor assignment durations, workforce utilization, and compliance with contractual hour or placement limitations.
• Address performance issues and coordinate timely candidate replacements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation supporting regulatory, contractual, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee staffing and compliance for safety-sensitive roles, including Commercial Driver's License (CDL) positions where applicable, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory standards.
• Coordinate incident reporting, documentation, and risk-related matters in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including workforce metrics, compliance indicators, fill rates, retention data, and billing summaries.
• Provide strategic updates to senior leadership regarding account performance, client satisfaction, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, government hiring practices, labor law changes, and policy updates that may impact recruitment strategies.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing government partnerships. 9 Skill set info • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or recruitment account management.
• Demonstrated experience managing government, public sector, or highly regulated client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of ACA, FLSA, and general employment compliance requirements.
• Experience managing performance metrics, service-level agreements, and reporting deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting federal, state, county, or municipal government agencies.
• Familiarity with government contracting regulations and public procurement processes.
• Experience overseeing safety-sensitive or CDL-regulated workforce programs.
• Knowledge of retirement system disclosure requirements in public sector environments.
• Background in high-volume or multi-department staffing programs.
