About the Role:
ALS Twin Air LLC is looking for a driven and personable Account Manager to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and play a key role in the continued success of our business. Must have strong diverse customer-vendor relations ability and to work cohesively with internal teammates and with our field services team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Prepare and present account reports, proposals, and performance updates to clients
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
- Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Works well with all levels of teams, management and leadership
- Ability to work rotating oncall duty [evenings, weekends, and holidays]
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
