? Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
? Schedule: Flexible hours when possible to accommodate appointments and family needsJob Responsibilities
- Process and apply customer payments, including checks, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and credit cards.
- Prepare and deposit checks accurately and on time.
- Monitor overdue invoices and contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Register DOTs and maintain accurate records.
- Track Summit Racing payments to ensure timely receipt and eligibility for the applicable 3% discount.
- Provide backup telephone coverage, including during lunch breaks.
- Assist with customer order entry as needed.
- Perform other duties to support daily operations.
