What You’ll Do:
  • Connect with inbound and outbound leads to quote and close new business
  • Identify client needs and present tailored coverage solutions
  • Build lasting relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Provide a strong customer experience from first contact through policy lifecycle
  • Follow up on opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and win-back business

Requirements:
