Now hiring Account Representative - North Texas - Automotive Refinish Dallas - Forth Worth Remote Field role Company car provided overnight travel up to 30 We are looking for an Account Representative to join our Automotive Refinish team covering North Texas and Arkansas as well as special projects within the South Region. At the heart of our business are our people and our trainers who take care of our customers needs including car painting skills advanced body shop management solutions and sophisticated management solutions. As an Account Representative for North Texas and Arkansas you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers as well as distribution partners to grow our market share sustainably. You will be responsible to sell Surventis products and services needed to support our collision center customers. You will also provide support to our distribution partners in the region to ensure adequate market coverage and customer support to our end users. As an Account Representative - North Texas - Automotive Refinish you create chemistry by... Executing the regional strategy in your area of influence to increase Surventis market share and brand presence Leveraging the Strategic Account team to secure strategic sector shops Scheduling time to work with our Distribution partners to visit existing and prospective customers Creating a Distributor Action Plan with each Distributor to align your goals and objectives with each of your Distributors to achieveexceed yourtheir goals for the year this should be reviewed together monthlyto discuss progress Prospecting new business and visiting existing accounts when you are not working with one of your Distributors Logging all phone communications and sales calls in our CRM SFDC Communicating and coordinating with the Business Development Manager to ensure strong account retention of premier shops as well as with the Technical Representatives to ensure product demonstrations are conducted at target shops and strong technical service is delivered to existing accounts for retention Developing relationships and providing training to our distribution partners to grow Surventis market share sustainably Utilizing our CRM and digital solutions capabilities to identify the opportunities in our market as well as within the shops that will drive long term growth Submitting expense reports every two weeks If you... A Bachelors Degree preferably or High School diploma GED and professional experience in Sales andor Marketing At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry or a related sales field which will help you establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry Extensive automotive refinish experience preferred The ability to execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility Robust relationship building skills to manage existing relationships and develop new ones Strong interpersonal skills which will help you increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting lead generation qualification closing sales and recommending new products and services Privacy statement Surventis takes security & data privacy very seriously.
