Job Title: Account Representative

Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)

About the Role: Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Account Representative based in the United States. In this client management, account service, and customer communication role, you will act as the dedicated point of contact for our client portfolio. You will handle account maintenance, support client retention, resolve service inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent value and drive long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. 
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, service requests, and account updates across phone, email, and digital messaging. 
• Conduct regular account check-ins, assess client feedback, and identify opportunities for account expansion or feature adoption.
• Coordinate with internal operations, billing, and technical support teams to resolve complex client issues seamlessly. 
• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records, interaction histories, and account statuses within our CRM system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client support, or inside sales. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-first approach and professional demeanor. 
• Proven ability to handle client escalations, resolve conflicts effectively, and maintain strong relationship management skills. 
• Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), spreadsheet tools, and digital communication channels. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: 

• $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year
