ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 2020 after working as a Team Member for another State Farm Agent. I know what it takes to succeed in this industry, and I love bringing that experience into building my own team. I’m a mom of three, passionate about marketing, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Being involved in our community is a big part of what we do. I’m active with the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, and our team participates in local school events and hosts activities like farmers markets in our office parking lot. Our team is also licensed in both California and Arizona, allowing us to serve customers across both states.
I want my team to feel appreciated and supported, so we offer PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, and a gym stipend. We also enjoy office luncheons, coffee runs, and team shirts to help create a fun, connected workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Claudia Alarcon Ins Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow Up with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, text messages and via Virtual platform.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products based on customers' needs
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer needs and requests.
- Meet monthly quotas, including cold calling (100 calls per day)
- Market via social media and local presence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creates a welcoming environment through enthusiasm, and authenticity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred (1 year or more).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
