ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in financial services. My background in both insurance and financial services helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, customer service, and long-term success.
I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, tennis, hunting, traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. I believe in maintaining an active lifestyle and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an
Account Representative for Neill Christian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in sales preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
