ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Operations Supervisor, where I developed a strong background in leadership, organization, and team development. I’m a proud University of South Florida alumnus, husband, and father. Growing up in a military family helped shape my appreciation for discipline, hard work, and teamwork - and outside of the office, you can usually find me on the golf course whenever I get the chance.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off, a health stipend, performance-based bonuses, and ongoing professional development. As a growing agency, we also offer plenty of room for advancement for team members who perform well and are ready to take on greater responsibility.
Creating a great workplace is one of my biggest priorities. Our team is upbeat, energetic, and enjoys keeping the office fun and lighthearted while still working hard and delivering great results. We want people to enjoy coming to work, feel supported by the people around them, and have opportunities to continue developing their careers.
I’m looking for someone who is confident, high-energy, and ready to contribute positively to our culture. If you enjoy being around motivated people, bring great energy to the workplace, and want an opportunity where you can grow alongside the agency, we’d love to meet you.
