As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Scott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
•  Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
