This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who want to build a rewarding career in insurance and financial services. Previous insurance experience is not required - we will provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you succeed.
Unlike many sales opportunities, you'll have access to paid sales leads, dedicated telemarketing support, and professional sales training to help you build your pipeline and maximize your earning potential from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
- Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Generate quotes and present personalized insurance solutions
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities provided by the agency
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity expectations
- Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
- Stay current on insurance products and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Insurance licensing will be required (we will assist you!)

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX.
- Our office is open 8am- 5pm- M - F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Texas State University.
- We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
