Position Overview:
As an Insurance Account Representative with Lorena Villa State Farm, you will play a key role in driving agency growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This sales-focused position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an Auto and Home Insurance specialist, ensuring a seamless transition by scheduling post-sale appointments for the in-house service team.
  • Proactively engage with agency-provided leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate referrals from new customers and expand business through personal and professional networks.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions within agency systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Operate in a fully sales-focused capacity; this role does not include servicing inbound customer inquiries or existing accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required.
  • Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Must maintain a professional and reliable home office environment (subject to approval).
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $32,000 – $38,000, plus uncapped commission potential.
